Do You Want to Become a F.O. Safety Client?

At F.O. Safety Eyewear we believe the success of a safety eyewear program is indeed quantifiable by measuring reduced eye incidents and injuries, reduced compensation claims, and reduced employee downtime. Improve compliance and employee buy-in by setting up a Prescription Safety Eyewear Program with us today.

The basic program works according to these five simple steps:

1. An authorization form is signed by a company representative and given to the employee. These forms can be supplied by your company or created custom by us to match your needs.

2. The employee visits one of our many Factory Optical or Optiks International retail locations or an authorized FO Safety Eyewear dispenser and provides the signed authorization form along with a copy of their current prescription.

3. The dispenser will help the employee choose a frame that is right for them and take all necessary measurements.

4. The order is then processed and transmitted to our state-of-the-art lab where it will be manufactured to CSA standards and delivered back to the dispenser in 5-8 business days.

5. The employee then picks up the finished product and has them professionally fitted to ensure proper vision and comfort

By setting up a Program, you and your employees will unlock our special Program Pricing and gain access to several other benefits, including direct billing, onsite services, and cross-promotional pricing on everyday eyewear. Our programs are fully customizable, tailored to meet your company’s unique needs. Contact us today about setting up a Prescription Safety Eyewear Program for your company.
